Returns & Exchanges

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely happy with your Milan Rowe order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Returned merchandise should include the your origial receipt along with the return product in its original packaging.

We currently do not accept returns on opened or used items.  Your return must be mailed within 30 days of receipt of your order.  In order to qualify for a refund you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order and returned 14 days of receipt. Items must be in their original unaltered packaging.  Once your return has been received you will receive an email confirming the receipt of your return and your refund will be processed within 14 days. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment. Please be advised, PayPal may return your refund to your PayPal account and not the credit card you used for payment. When shipping Include your original receipt, we recomend that you obtain a tracking number for your records. We also advise that you purchase insurance for your package. We are not liable for return items that are lost by the courier.

International orders may be subject to custom duty taxes.  We are not responsible for any import taxes or customs fee charges you may incur. You will be responsible for any fees charged for undeliverable or refused packages.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Unfortunaelty, we do not offer product exchanges at this time.


DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item is delievered damaged or defective, please contact us immediatley at info@milanrowe.com. Please retain all items and packages, you will be required to email us a photo of the damaged items.

Replacements cannot be exchanged for another item.


LOST ITEMS

If your item shows that it has been delivered, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed items. Please contact the Postal Service for assistance for with recovering your package.
